Our factory, located along Morbi Highway in Gujarat, processes over 50 tons of raw bagasse daily, converting agricultural waste into premium bagasse tableware products.

Our facilities use cutting-edge equipment to pulp, bleach, and mold bagasse into finished products. Precision temperature and pressure controls ensure consistent quality across millions of units.

The manufacturing process involves five key stages: pulping, refining, molding, trimming, and sterilization. Each stage is monitored by automated quality systems to maintain exacting specifications.

Every product undergoes multi-stage quality testing including strength tests, microwave-safe verification, and food-contact compliance checks. We maintain ISO 9001 certification and exceed international standards.
